TAAG Policy Memo on Import Bans

The Human Trafficking Legal Center, along with partners in the Tariff Act Advocates Group (TAAG), have the following policy recommendations on forced labor enforcement for the current Administration. We urge the U.S. government to prioritize and leverage import bans to address forced labor in global supply chains.
