Donors

With your partnership, survivors can rebuild their lives.

Join the fight today to protect trafficking survivors’ rights. Your support provides free and effective legal representation for survivors.

Why are we unique?

To maintain its independence, the Human Trafficking Legal Center does not take any corporate or government money. We rely solely on private donations from individuals and foundations. These private sources of funding sustain our critical work in creating access to justice for trafficking survivors.

There are very few organizations that both do the advocacy around the need for legal strategies to address modern slavery, and also can do that legal work themselves ... and bring in the law firms, which … is a powerful aspect.

Impact

Because of you, courageous trafficking survivors can fight for justice with pro bono lawyers by their side.

Other ways to give

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a type of giving fund administered by a third party such as a community foundation or financial institution. DAFs allow you to make a charitable contribution of cash, securities, or other assets to the fund, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from your DAF account over time to the nonprofits you wish to support.

Further your impact

Giving a gift to the Human Trafficking Legal Center from your DAF is not only convenient and easy for you, but it makes an undeniable impact on our work.
