Heather Alley

Ms. Heather Alley serves as Partner at Forvis. Previously, she served as a Partner at Dixon Hughes Goodman. As a tax partner with Dixon Hughes Goodman, Heather provided tax and consulting services to corporate and flow-through business entities. Heather has in-depth experience in Federal Corporate tax issues and tax accounting methods serving as leader of the firm’s National Tax Desk. In this role, Heather worked with tax professionals and clients across the firm to identify optimal tax accounting methods, address mitigation of exposure and lead the implementation of changes resulting from changing tax law. As a leader in the firm, Federal tax group Heather has worked directly with Associate Chief Counsels’ office to resolve issues and obtain approval of taxpayer-proposed method changes.
